Human Resources Specialist
Key Responsibilities
-Coordinate the day to day People Operations admin matters, displaying reactivity, ownership and attention to details at all times
-Maintain our HRIS (BambooHR) with various employees data, ensuring it’s continuously and accurately up-to-date
-Assist in the development and deployment of new POPS Procedures and Policies
-Monitor the Performance & Development process
-Drive various projects related to Training and Employee Engagement, ensuring delivery in timely fashion
-Lead the coordination and planning of different events (e.g. Annual Winter Seminar, team buildings etc.)
-Provide professional and helpful support for all employees as appropriate
Support the wider People Operations function on ad hoc projects when required
-Keep up to date with best practices around people operations strategies and trends
Skills & Experience
-2 years HR / People Operations experience in a dynamic start-up like environment
-Solid HRIS experience
-Master of Microsoft Office
-Ability to work independently, be reactive and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-Familiarity with basic employment legislation appreciated
-Laser focused, with an excellent attention to detail
-Superb communication skills, both verbal and written
-Spirited team player, willing to nurture a unique office culture that we call “home”
-BSc in HR, Business, Communication or related – MSc preferred
